Writing it down, then bring it to life...

Life is about goals, right? You want to set goals, and then try to accomplish them. I like to tell people to write it down, then bring it to life. Some of you struggle with this concept. The challenge appears after you write it down, or tell someone what you are going to do. The positive is you are writing it down and sharing with someone, all good. However, the next step is to bring it to life! Meaning you need to make it happen, or try to make it happen. For example, (ok to share) I am working with this new client who is trying to work on his fitness. He does a positive job on outlining what he would like to accomplish with his exercise goals. He made some goals! That is a positive. Now it is time to work the goals, and try to accomplish them. That is the challenge he shares with this writer. It feels great to have a plan, but, you still have to work the plan. Many of you reading this blog right now can relate to my client. Some of you will talk yourself out of trying to accomplish you're own goal! Many of you will make up excuses of why you are not trying to work the goal you set. How do you bring it to life? Great question. Try this gang. Look at all the energy you are spending not to work the goal you set. Hey, it is the goal you set, I did not set it, you did. Own that! The program is for you, self! If you choose not to work the goal that is on you. You are the only one who suffer the consequences. I would like you to change your thought right now. Don't waste any more energy on why you can't do something, because you can! Try it. Place positive energy into yourself. You can write it down and share the goal, now it is time to implement the goal. Think how great you will feel when you went for a walk, bike ride, lifted weights, push-ups, sit-ups, or got in that kayak! This is the positive mindset you want to place energy into. Focus on how it will feel when you are trying to bring that goal to life! Make it real gang. Look, you took the time to write it down, now take the time to go do it. No more excuses. The positive is you are trying. Stay in your health, stay in the moment. Self-Balance-Higher Power -Fun
