It is a Monday. You will have many moments today. Here is the exercise. Today at precisely noon, where ever you are in this world, what moment are you experiencing? Take this moment, and reflect. Now what ever moment you are choosing to remember you must share it with your self. Yes, this is not a trick question. Tell yourself this moment. Stay in your health, stay in the moment.
