A Higher Power

Do you have a higher power? I was talking to a father who reached out. Many things are dysfunctional for his family at this time. We continued our talk and I'm praying that things will work out for his family. A higher power in my mind, is something greater then self! I believe faith is connected to my higher power. I share with many people who work our model that a higher power can be what ever you want. This writer subscribes to a higher power every day. I pray, think, reflect and ask my higher power for guidance. Some days are harder then others. This is when I really let God do his thing, if you know what I mean. Positive energy seems to work through me when I am able to utilize my higher power any time I want! When I climb mountains with clients, I feel positive energy flowing through my mind, body, and soul. There is a certain mindfulness that resonates with me. A feeling of confidence as I look at the panoramic views of the mountains. Sometimes I will look over at my client and see the determination on their face which makes me feel thankful that my higher power is giving me the strength to navigate this Rocky Mountain Reflection Walk. I am selfish, because I take my higher power where ever I am in life. The phone call earlier from a distraught father enabled me to reach out for my higher power, and say a prayer. A higher power allows this writer to have faith in myself, others, and ultimately God. I am thankful for a higher power which is part of my life. Let us remember, be friends with life.
